SHIPPING PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Shipping Department Business Hours and Cut-Off Times:
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
Orders confirmed before 10:00 am EST during normal business hours will usually be shipped same day.
Orders confirmed after 10:00 am EST will be shipped the following business day. During holidays and weekends orders will be shipped out the next available business day.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs
We currently ship USPS and FEDEX. If one of these carriers is unavailable to you, please email us your order number after you have completed your order to email@example.com. You may also call us at 866.794.1971
In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.
