Sector 9 completes are factory assembled with Gullwing trucks, Sector 9 wheels, Sector 9 Abec 5  bearings, hardware and black grip tape. Basically open the box and you are ready to go.

I ride this board around my college campus most of the time, and it is perfect for that. Very maneuverable board and a little smaller so it's easy to bring into class. For down hill it's decent, but the trucks are sloppy at high speeds. For slower speeds and wicked carving I wouldn't look past this board.
