Pig risers are sold in sets of two, you need one set to create a complete if you want risers. Pig risers are a flat pad that can be mounted between the truck and the deck. Pig riser do two things - first, they help prevent wheel-bite. This is where, when turning, your wheel touches the bottom of your board and gets stopped suddenly. If you like to ride bigger wheels (bigger than 54) and loose trucks you will have to use these to avoid wheel bite. They help absorb shock and vibrations during riding skateboard so with them you will have smoother ride.
