Gators are great for downhill. They grip very well and can be pushed out when needed. For slower speed freeride these don't do well, but thats not what they're for. Their sharp square lipped design is focused around speed and gripping so downhill and commuting are ideal. Bennett Alligators are dope wheels. They leave urethane lines when you slide them and are still pretty grippy. I would recommend them for someone looking for a set of wheels that slides smooth but has good grip.

Not the best for sliding, but they are commuter wheels. I don't know why, but Bennett products are good, but this wheel only does the job. Choppy slide unless you are good really fast
