nice. any suggestions for downhill trucks for drop thru boards, specifically the drop speed?
^Drop Speed. Bear 852s are basically your best/ only simple option.
I ride Paris 180s and Randal 150s. 50 plates for lyfe.
randal 42s wedged and dewedged. feels good man
paris 195s. u think I should replace the regular 50 plates with randal plates? other than altering wheelbase would it make that much of a difference? also. I'm missing my dive of indy 215s. I need something stable with a solid midpoint, but has the lean to turn of an indy.
Just leave them on the stock plates, I don't know why you would want to change to a randal plate, randal plates break to much.
gunmetal are randal geometry right?
yes they are
Dear humans. Please look at this very useful chart.

Thank you.
where can i get the 46 plates?
46 is the gnarest angle
i don't think they are out yet. but only person who'd really knwo would be Max Capps. Also, quick question about bushings. Right now, I've dialed in a venom/blood orange combo, but can you guys describe a difference between venoms and B.O.?
venom feel a little more alive
ya blood orange feel great and all but venoms do what you want them to do while blood orange sort of do what they want and dgaf which is annoying
I'm slowly trying to make the switch from BO to venom.
do it. venoms are sick.
Venom Bushings are legit
Ask bear bushings by jimz are the shiz nits
Yeah the new step cones from bear are really cool.
definitely gonna try getting some. I just dialed in my bushing setup AGAIN. this time I think for good on most topmounts.
how does this sound?
Nose : 87a board Side (no washer) 85a Road Side (flat)
Tail: 90a BS (no washer) 85a RS (flat)
sounds pretty good. I would do 85a 85a front and then 90a 87a back just for a little bit of directionalness i guess and i like turn
By bushing set up is:
Front: 85a road / 87a board
50* truck
Back: 87a road/ 90a board
44* truck
on the aeras?
