    Does anybody know anything about these bearings http://www.socialskateboarding.com/p/rush-ceramic-allweather-bearings or these http://www.socialskateboarding.com/p/rush-allweather-bearings ? Like if they actually work in all weather and don't rust.

    i bet they work, well unless you submerge them in water for like a year then they might not

    Yeah, anyone? I would also like to know how they are. I live in northern WI and am less concerned about water and rust but more the salt residue on roads throughout the winter.

    i have these and they are nice but i dont live in a place where rust is a big issue so i wouldnt know, plus i take good care of my bearings

    if you look at them, you can see that the inner and outer race are steel, which will rust.  only the balls are ceramic.   only full ceramic bearings wont rust, and they are like $350ish from vxb.com

    Just buy cheap bearings, and put white lithium grease in them.  they wont ever rust.

    i simply cannot in good conscience reccomend rush bearings. i have had 3 rush earings explode on me, and witnessed another set that belonged to a friend explode a bearing. i would reccomend just about any other ceramics on the site.

    Zealous are practicaly impossible to get to rust short of riding them through succesive hurricanes.
