Alligator Skateboard Wheels

Newport Beach local founded Bennett in 1975. Consequently, a demand for big soft wheels caught on and the Alligator brand was born under the umbrella of Bennet Truks. Alligator skateboard wheels come from the same famous Big Red Bushing urethane that made Bennett so famous. Before all the hype of any other longboard wheel, this was the company to go to. Alligator wheels cover durometers around 80a giving that nice sweet spot for any type of discipline in which a soft wheel is necessary. Great for downhill but once broken in they have a real nice slide too. I wish Bennett would come out with some more wheels.

Gators are great for downhill. They grip very well and can be pushed out when needed. For slower speed freeride these don't do well, but thats not what they're for. Their sharp square lipped design is focused around speed and gripping so downhill and commuting are ideal.
