Newport Beach local founded Bennett in 1975. Consequently, a demand for big soft wheels caught on and the Alligator brand was born under the umbrella of Bennet Truks. Alligator skateboard wheels come from the same famous Big Red Bushing urethane that made Bennett so famous. Before all the hype of any other longboard wheel, this was the company to go to.
